  1. When is Fall recruitment?
     Friday, August 9, 2024 is Recruitment Orientation.  Formal Recruitment is Saturday, August 10 through Saturday August 17, which is Bid Day.

  7. When is the recruitment registration deadline?
     July 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm CST.

     Saturday, August 17, 2024.  Time and location TBA.

  11. What do Panhellenic sororities have to offer?
     Panhellenic sororities provide support systems for their members that become like a home away from home. Greek membership fosters leadership, academic enrichment, career development, community service, and good citizenship. Panhellenic sororities also provide friendships and memories that will last a lifetime, making for a well-rounded and unforgettable college experience.

  13. What should I bring with me the days of recruitment?
     You will be provided with a bag for which to carry your personal items. You are allowed to bring personal items such as makeup or toiletries. Absolutely no cell phones are permitted during recruitment parties. Cell phones found during these times will be taken and returned at the end of the day.

  15. What is Gamma Chi?
     
    A Gamma Chi is a recruitment counselor. She is an active sorority member who disaffiliates temporarily from her sorority to guide and support women through the Recruitment process. All Potential New Members will be assigned to a Gamma Chi.

  17. Is there a minimum GPA to join a sorority?
     A cumulative GPA of 2.5 is required for all women planning on going through Formal Recruitment including new women, transfer students with more than 24 hours and those with less than 24 transferable hours. Transfer students with less than a 2.5 GPA with 24 transfer hours must complete 12 hours of University of Arkansas college level coursework with a 2.5 GPA to participate in Formal Recruitment.  All of our sororities, however, require a higher GPA for affiliation.
